This post is all about how to make truffle fries with frozen fries.
Ingredients for parmesan truffle fries
French Fries: You can use any brand of your favorite season-less frozen fries. Or if you have extra time, you can make them from scratch.
Parmesan cheese: The shredded Parmesan cheese adds a savory and nutty flavor to the fries, enhancing their taste.
White Truffle oil: The truffle oil infuses the fries with a luxurious and earthy aroma, elevating their overall flavor. I prefer white truffle oil because it is lighter in flavor compared to black.
This is my favorite brand >>> White Truffle Oil, but there are so many other great options to choose from,
Fresh Rosemary: Chopped fresh rosemary adds freshness and a pop of vibrant green color as a garnish and also adds an earthy note to the dish.
Sea salt: Sea salt enhances the taste of the fries and helps bring out their natural flavors.
Black pepper: Freshly ground black pepper adds a touch of mild heat and complements the other flavors.
Garlic Aioli: The perfect creamy dip that compliments the truffle oil beautifully.
