Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds french Fries
  • frying Oil
  • 1 cup Garlic Aioli
  • 3 tbsp parmesan cheese shredded
  • 1 tbsp truffle oil
  • 1 sea salt to taste
  • Freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • chopped rosemary for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Start by making the homemade garlic aioli.

  • Cook the fries according to the packaging.
  • Once the fries are done, transfer them to a plate lined with paper towel.
  • In a large bowl, sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over the fries, followed by the sea salt, and freshly ground black pepper. Use your hands or a spatula to toss the fries gently, ensuring they are well coated with the seasoning.
  • Slowly drizzle a tsp truffle over the fries and besure to taste before adding more. The truffle can vary in intensity, so adjustthe amount according to your personal preference.
  • Garnish the Parmesan truffle fries with freshly chopped rosemary.
  • Serve the Parmesan truffle fries immediately while they are still hot and crispy.

Notes

Adjust the amount of truffle oil according to your taste preference, as its intensity can vary.
Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on the fries as soon as you remove them from the oil.
