Slice your bread into your desired thickness, 3/4” - 1” is best.
In a large dish, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until fully combined.
Take a slice of bread and dip it into the egg mixture, making sure to coat both sides evenly. Let the mixture soak in the mixture for about 10-15 seconds per side.

Repeat the process with the remaining bread and egg mixture.
Once all the bread slices are cooked, sprinkle some powdered sugar over them and serve with whipped cream and maple syrup.
